We would all love to have an unlimited watch budget, but that’s not the case for most of us. But that doesn’t mean we can’t have some hypothetical fun and select the watches we’d buy with €10K, €20K, and €30K. On today’s episode of Fratello Talks, Nacho, RJ, and Lex run through their picks at those three price points. Technically, they can choose from new, pre-owned, or even vintage watches. But as you’ll quickly see, their picks all benefit from the interesting prices on the pre-owned market. Now, before getting into their watches of choice at these three price points, let’s see which ones are on their wrist.

Omega Speedmaster Professional Apollo 11 50th Anniversary on RJ's wrist

Wrist check

Coming in hot with a watch that needs no introduction, RJ is wearing his Omega Speedmaster Apollo 11 50th Anniversary. This incredible blend of 18K Moonshine Gold and a reddish-brown bezel pays tribute to the Speedmasters awarded to NASA astronauts in 1969. And though it’s certainly a collector’s piece, RJ doesn’t let that keep him from enjoying it as a daily wearer.

Oris Big Crown Pointer Date "Fratelloris" on Lex's wrist, pocket shot

Lex brings us a blast from the past in the shape of the original “Fratelloris.” This bronze-case, oxblood-dial Oris Big Crown Pointer Date still stands out as one of the first Fratello limited-edition projects. Since he bought it, Lex’s example has developed a nice patina on the case, dulling the once-bright bronze into a pleasant, coin-like copper tone.

Omega Seamaster 300M 2254.50.00 on Nacho's wrist

And finally, there are no surprises here: Nacho is on a roll with the Omega Seamaster 300M 2254.

Fratello Talks: The Watches We’d Buy With €10K, €20K, And €30K

In today’s episode of Fratello Talks, RJ, Nacho, and Lex are each selecting the watches they would buy at three specific price points. There are no restrictions in terms of the watches’ availability or age. However, it doesn’t take long to become apparent that, in trying to maximize what they can get with their hypothetical budgets, pre-owned is the way to go. Not having discussed their picks before recording, it’s also interesting to see that all three land on one brand in particular. We won’t give it away here, so if you want to know more, you’ll have to tune in.

But before you go, be sure to let us know what three watches you’d get at these three price points. Leave your choices in the comments below, and join us next week for a new episode of Fratello Talks!
