Geneva Watch Days 2022 — Fratello Touches Down In Geneva To Bring You The Latest News
It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a year! We’ve done the full tour around the sun since the last time the Fratello team made its way to Geneva Watch Days. The 2022 edition of the event marks only the third time that it is taking place, but it promises to be the best one yet. Founded amid the global pandemic, it looks like the hybrid physical/digital nature of GWD is here to stay, with many other events adopting this same concept. This year’s event will run from the 29th of August until the 1st of September. During this time, a part of the Fratello team will be on the ground in Geneva, visiting all exhibiting brands to bring you the latest news!
The self-described “decentralized and self-managed multi-brand watch event” that is Geneva Watch Days was founded by Breitling, Bvlgari, De Bethune, Gérald Genta, H. Moser & Cie., MB&F, Ulysse Nardin, and URWERK in 2020. These brands will certainly also show off their novelties this year, but they will not be alone. Many other brands have joined the initiative and will also be showing off their latest creations in Geneva next week. Rest assured that Fratello’s team will keep you updated with the latest news and releases. Follow along on the site and our Instagram to ensure you don’t miss out on anything!
Geneva Watch Days 2022
Though this is only the third year that Geneva Watch Days is taking place, it’s clear that it has become one of the big events in the watch industry’s calendar. The lineup of founding brands is impressive in its own right. But they have now been joined by several additional brands for a total of just over 40 exhibiting their latest and greatest at the event. The Fratello team will be bringing you the latest from all of your favorite horological maisons. Trust me when I say that you will want to keep your eyes on the site and our social media channels to keep up with the news. From what we’ve seen so far, there are going to be many launches worth getting excited about.
This year, we’ll also see Jacob & Co, Arnold & Son, Doxa, Frederique Constant, Ateliers de Monaco, Alpina, Greubel Forsey, Maurice Lacroix, Oris, Phillips in Association with Bacs and Russo, and Reuge. These brands have joined the ranks as benefactors or associate members. Additionally, Bianchet, Czapek, and Louis Erard will join the event as regular members.
