Watch On Your Wrist? Fratello Instagram Contest 2020 — Round 4
Welcome back to our Watch On Your Wrist? Instagram extravaganza! Tag your watch snaps with #fratellowatches to be in with a chance to win!
Every week, we select four images. You can vote in the article for your favorite image. The winner moves on to the semi-final round (held every fifth week between the previous four weekly winners). Win that and you’re into the final, which will be held at the end of the year. There will be five finalists in 2020 and ten from next year on.
Basically, if you like winning things — and there will be a prize for the champion of 2020 — this year represents your best shot. So get snapping, get tagging, and get sharing. And don’t forget to vote for yourself… Obviously…

@kingflum — Rolex Explorer 2 16750
“This is an A serial “Swiss only” dial Rolex Explorer 2 ref. 16570, on a grey canvas strap. The shot was for a “watch Palm Sunday” and I was holding something underneath the watch to create a “floating” effect on the palm ?”

@wookie_wrists — Doxa Sub 300 Professional Re-edition
“I had never seen a DOXA in person before and then on vacation, I saw the re-edition sub300 professional on someone’s wrist. We struck up a conversation about watches and are still friends to this day. When this one came out six months later, I knew I had to pick one up.
My kids used an extension cord and knotted it all up when they were done with it. I simply placed my watch in the tangled cord and took the shot. Then I showed my kids how to properly put away an extension cord.”

@detroitwatchguy — F.P.Journe Chronométre Souverain
“This F.P. Journe CS is a result of selling two grails that I had at that time plus another 6 months of saving up. I sold my Rolex Daytona ref.116520 and my Panerai PAM422 — I love coffee and this is my morning ritual to make some nice coffee during the weekends. I figured this wood stand that my wife uses to hold her plants would be a great background to contrast a rather “classy” watch against a “rough” background. The photo actually turned out better than I was expecting ?”

@tailorandwatches — Omega Seamaster 300M
“I bought The Omega Seamaster Diver 300M from a dear friend in snowy December 2018. It was the time when I decided to celebrate a wonderful past year in which I visited a lot of amazing places around Europe, got married to the most beautiful and loving girl in the world, and bought our first shared apartment together. When I came back from the purchase meeting, I was so emotional that I decided to describe my feelings in a diary. Now every time I wear this watch I look at it for a long time and remember this day, that year, which quickly makes me feel better and reminds me of what is important in life. The picture was taken by my wonderful wife at one of these moments.”
Thanks for voting! This poll is now closed. The winner will be announced on Instagram @fratellowatches.
